Call for a repair service quote. View our inventory of rebuilt Varian ion pumps. One year warranty service on all Varian ion pump models. Service requires only the pump chamber and not the exterior magnets to be sent in to us. Service entails the following:
- Remove, disassemble and clean the elements and pump
- Replace titanium and tantalum parts
- Reassemble, helium leak check, bake out and seal off pump
- Qualify with known ion pump controller
