936-65 SP
The Agilent/Varian 936-65 SP is a versatile leak detector that can be used for a wide variety of test articles. It offers the absolute reliability essential for uninterrupted production testing. The 936-65 SP surpasses other standard leak detectors by providing a dimensional range of leak testing ability that extends over 12 decades. A 2 x 10-11 atm cc/sec sensitivity is accomplished with an orifice plate which maintains a test port pumping speed of 3 l/s. After test, an automatic feature removes the orifice, restoring pumping speed to 10 l/s for fast helium clean up.

Our 938-41 is turbo pumped, cart mounted. This model has a sensitivity (2 x 10-10 atm cc/sec He), and hi-sensitivity at Hi-test port pressures (2 x 10-9 atm cc/sec He at 350 mTorr).
