The RPK-60000 uses lN2 to cool the baffle and radiation shield. Each cryo pump has two 63 foreline flanges, H2 vapor pressure gauge, two silicon diodes and two RGD 1040 coldheads.

The RGD-1245 is the coldhead unit for the RPK-3000 Leybold cryopump.
