TPH and TPU models of the Pfeiffer Vacuum turbo are identical with regard to their design, the only difference being the intake flange. The TPH pumps have a KF or ISO-K flange, while the TPU pumps have a CF flange. The same letter signification applies to TMU and TMH pumps.

The Balzers 330, 510 and 2200 are available with the flange being fitted on top or bottom as standard. Both models may also be equipped with a lateral flange by rearranging the pump's support legs.

The TPH330 comes with a six month warranty.
