Rebuilt Pfeiffer/Balzers Turbo Pumps
TPH and TPU models of the Pfeiffer/Balzers turbo are identical with regard to their design, the only difference being the intake flange. The TPH pumps have a KF or ISO-K flange, while the TPU pumps have a CF flange. The same letter signification applies to TMU and TMH pumps.
The Pfeiffer/Balzers 330, 510 and 2200 are available with the flange being fitted on top or bottom as standard. Both models may also be equipped with a lateral flange by rearranging the pump's support legs. The TPH 330 comes with a six month warranty. We also offer repair service.
The HiPace series is an economical alternative to these listed CompacTurbo and MagneticTurbo series.
